
2oz Scofflaw Old Tom Gin
.75oz Lemon Juice (fresh & strained)
.5oz Simple Syrup (1:1, sugar:water)
Soda Water
Shake with ice and strain into ice-filled Collins glass (10-11oz capacity preferred). Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon wedge.

.75oz Dry Vermouth
.25oz Benedictine Liqueur
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon peel expression. Discard lemon peel.

.5oz Simple Syrup (1:1, sugar:water)
Shake with ice and strain. If up, strain into chilled coupe glass. If on the rocks, strain into ice-filled rocks - or "double old fashioned"- glass. If up, no garnish needed. If on the rocks, garnish with lime wedge.

.75oz Sweet Vermouth
-.5oz Maraschino Liqueur*
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into chilled rocks - or "double old fashioned" - glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and an orange peel expression. Discard orange peel.
2oz Scofflaw Old Tom Gin
.75oz Lemon Juice (fresh & strained)
.5oz Orgeat*
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into chilled coupe glass.
*Take unsweetened almond milk and match it 1:1 with sugar. Combine over heat until sugar is dissolved. Optional: try adding a few drops of orange flower water and/or a few drops of rose water.

.25oz Gran Classico (or Campari or Aperol)
