Scofflaw Old Tom Gin is a unique, beautiful spirit that has been made the same way - with the same care and exacting standards - since 2012. It was born out of a love for the Old Tom style and a desire to faithfully resurrect the classics that called for this style of gin. What you'll experience is a bold, smooth gin - strong enough to shine in cocktails and smooth enough to drink on its own.
Scofflaw Old Tom Gin is an extremely versatile spirit. Of course we encourage you to experiment - but we've put together a few recipes to get you going.

The MARTINEZ
1.5oz Scofflaw Old Tom Gin
.75oz Sweet Vermouth
.5oz Maraschino Liqueur
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into chilled rocks - or "double old fashioned" - glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and an orange peel expression. Discard orange peel.
